After 8's
The After 8’s are a group of about twenty lively ladies.
We meet on the third Wednesday of each month and our aim is to enjoy ourselves and to raise money for Stainbeck Church.
Our activities are very varied and include, Ten Pin Bowling, Fashion Shows, Summer Walks, Garden Visits and Swimming to name but a few!
The group also runs the Café for the Church Fund Raising Event in September, providing hot lunches.
We also hold a Quiz Night and a Christmas Dance.
The After 8 Suppers at the dances are famous!
Our name indicates the inability of our members to arrive anywhere before 8 o’clock!
